Has anyone blacklisted you for trying to help?
You are not allowed to call out so if I were you I would delete the name and giveaway you are talking about!
Besides he is allowed to say that in his post, just can't do a thing if someone wants more days to activate it because it's not an official rule and self made rules don't count.
People are also allowed to block someone for every reason they want so a report has 0 grounds and is just wasting the time of support.

What do you mean source?
People are allowed to write anything in there what they want as long as they don't write something that the site forbids, self made rules are allowed but they hold no ground it's like saying 'I am a potato' do what you want with it but it says nothing and means nothing and doesn't matter

Anyone can ask to activate the game in timely manner (they can't force it tho) and everyone can blacklist anyone they want so I don't see any rules broken to merit a report.
