Just bad luck.

There's no telling if they even knew they were going to be in the IndieRoyale Bundle when they had that free weekend though - so I wouldn't automatically go blame the company.

I'm assuming they already have all games picked out and ready to go for the New Year's bundle already, so probably the one after that?

I honestly doubt they're going to add a big indie title like that ontop of a bundle that already got a load of bonuses and that only has 3 days of availability left.

My problem isn't so much the fact that it's cheap as much as it seems like a rude thing to do. I highly doubt that, over the week it's been since the sale started, the indie royale people got a hold of the company, worked out an agreement to include their game in the indie royale, and had it offical enough to actually mention it today. What I mean by that is that they had the sale knowing it would be going for roughly $1 value less then a month later without informing the buyers. The point of sales are to bring people who are on the edge and impulse buyers around to buy the product. So they had the sale, got a decent number of people who actually had interest in the game to buy it, and then announced the plan to include it in the indie royale. I don't like supporting a company that would do something like that to it's customers. It seems like a fairly nasty move in my opinion. Not that I can blame them from a company standpoint.

Honestly, I suppose it's kinda like buying TF then finding out the next week it's going F2P.
