The UK store doesn't have it either.

It isn't on front page but it is on NEWS section.

no dd in US store, as well as in UA.

Its just not showing on the main page where it usually is.. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you can find it under "Steam Headlines".. (-:

yeah it's not showing it for me either , but it is on the "see all specials" list.

There is a daily deal ... it just sucks. Go to the bottom of the Steam screen and you will see Steam Headlines. There you have a news saying "Daily deal ..."

They probably just fucked up the script or something. Like it's missing a bracket, or a quote, or some other rubbish like that.
