No, same thing for me had L4D2 ( got it for free) and HL2 : EP 2 ( won in Ga) so havn't too much too lose.

that is what stops me from buying the bundle pack..

also new theme shows what i have.. which i like but yeah unfortunately in some cases its cheaper buying the bundle pack as apposed to separately so there really isn't a mathematical loss.

When you are finishing the purchase, Steam tells you which games you will receive an extra copy and which ones you will not. I bought the orange box because I wanted HL2, HL2:Ep1 and HL2:Ep2, it's cheaper than buying the games separately. And I already have Portal, so there was a message telling me that I won't get any extra copies.
