yes(you basically have until the second they appear to get credit i think(so you should buy soon)), but if you miss it they'll be available as bta so it isn't exclusive to early purchases, so if you were going to bta anyway you may as well wait to see what they are though. actually if you were going to bta anyway that won't matter....so never mind

I've been on the fence because I have half of the games, plus money is very tight for me until the fall. However I just realized this morning that I actually own Proteus, so, no reason for me to BTA if I can still get "early buyer" credit.

Same here. I already have Proteus, and as much as I love to support the HIB, and I'll pay above the average when I can, I figure I can pick up Hotline Miami at a later date on a Steam Sale, for less than it would cost me to up my contribution to BTA. Money is far too tight at the moment.

because it got a update just right when the humble bundle launched, like the other games. And it was to fix bugs on Mac/Linux versions, so I connected the dots :)

not sure, I think the one time I did under $1 was hib6? paid something like 15 cents to get it and added the rest later when I got paid since I though it wouldn't be until right after it ended but wanted to hold a bundle(had planned to do that thing where you can add to it for a month after)(turns out it was a couple days before so I didn't actually need to do that), but I got drm free versions of the bonuses in the mean time.
if you thought it was different its probably changed since then, I have no current data on it and that'd make sense at least.
