Completed a giveaway, can't enter contributor giveaways?

So I just completed a giveaway around 15 minutes ago, right? By completed, I mean the giveaway ended, I have given the gift, marked it as sent, and the receiver has marked it as received. Even my profile page now says my profile value is $4.99. So why can't I enter giveaways for contributors only that are between 0.01 - 4.99? It says I've contributed 0.00 when I try to enter, even though my profile page says otherwise.

The system just hasn't fully processed it yet, that's all. It should be allright in a few hours at most
