Just a question - even though it's sort of obvious.

Now BioShock 2 retail keys can be redeemed over Steam, there's no problem creating a giveaway for them, right?

They may possibly be regionly restricted. I had a few Americans who couldn't redeem mine whilst my neighbour could.
