it doesnt matter if all the games are on sale. very many regions just have to pay more then others. not because of VAT, not because of differences in average income. jusz laziness of valve and other developer and publisher. look it up: http://www.steamprices.com/us

So, i see everyone saying "Lower prices for russia, lower prices for X" so i came here to brag too.
For Brazilians, Dead space 2 is $30 dollars, when its $10 for north america. Need for speed? $25 dollars for Brazil. $10 dollars for the rest. And russians, $5 dollars. The list goes on and on.
Sure thing, we'd love to pay higher steam.
