I really do not want to give giveaway creators a "not received". In this case the giveaway ended about 2 weeks ago, but the giveaway creator hasn't logged into steam gifts since then. However he is shown to be online in steam for few days now and I already commented his profile about it and sent him a friend request, both he did not react to.
!!To be clear here: I personally do not care too much about it; waiting is no problem at all - I only want to know, if I have to react now concerning the Steamgifts rules? Am I supposed to tick "not recieved" now? Or doesn't it matter until I received any key?
