A New Beginning, Probably one of the best Point and Click game I've ever played!

I found TWD to be more an interactive novel with rather stupid characters, semi-bad gameplay (I don't like timed dialogues for example, and the mouse acceleration when fighting was rather bad), and very inconsistent graphics style.
I have to give it though that it had a humorous moment or two, and that the puzzles where quite okay.
And on a similar note I found the series to have the same problems. So that might explain my dislike for the game.

I clearly scare pretty easily because I've never been more frightened by a bunch of blocky pixels in my life than when I played those four games.

I really enjoyed Maniac Mansion and Machinarium. Wish I had played Day of the Tentacle.

while I liked Myst quite a bit I don't think I would grant it the title of my favorite p&c. The story was pretty ambiguous in that game and story is really what drives point and clicks. Personally, I think Riven was a bit better in that regard.
