One step at a time man, cg's only one man, he can only code so much, for so long, before even he must eat and sleep. If you would like to make such giveaways, just put it into the suggestions threads. But do try and flesh out exactly what it is you want, it'll be easier to implement if the rough patches of the concept have already been worked over.

The architecture is here to give away non-Steam games and DLC to PC gamers.
I've got a code for a PAX 2010 League of Legends skin, for example. I've even got codes for Uncharted 2 (PS3) DLC.
Why can't we have giveaways for non-Steam codes?
