Help with Steam page.

Hi! Thank you for your time!

First of all, I apologize for my poor english writing skills, it's not my first language.

I'm having an issue with the Steam home page (the page that shows the daily deal, weeklong deals and stuff) both in all my browsers (FF, Chrome and IE) and the Steam app. To give you an idea, it still shows Warhammer 400000 as the weekend deal and democracy 3 as the daily deal.

I've tryied that steam://flushconfig thingie to reset my steam configuration, and also tryied opting out of the beta version of the app, but still no luck. At my mobile phone the page updates ok, so it looks like the problem is in my pc.

Does anyone ever had the same problem? You know, Summer sale is coming (brace yourselves) and it will be a pain in the @ss if I miss it :)

my first attempt, forgot to say. also cleaned cookies, cache and whatever else. still the same.

Succeded to get the updated page using Tor, but since it encrypts everything i logged in with an IP from netherlands (i'm in brazil) and got all the pricing in euros instead of reais (the brazilian currency) and a warning from steam that somebody (me actually) attempted to log in from another place.

i realy don't want to keep using Tor and maybe get a ban from steam for suspicious logins. anyone have any idea?
