I know almost exactly what I need to do (unless this is a multi-stage puzzle), now I just need to find the right tool. The ones I found so far seemed to have more settings than the puzzle would indicate... :-)

Did you change your starting post after the first hours? I'm not sure if I didn't notice the settings for the machine or was just too stupid to recognize them.

Oh, so there was really a second puzzle inside. Tried several ways of combining Bletchley Park (and abbreviated versions) with the year (4 and 2 digits), but as I used the wrong year of course it wouldn't work...
