It is worth mentioning that Goat Simulator comes as one key that activates the GOATY Steam bundle. (The DRM-free build is one pack as well.) Since it is a Steam bundle, you cannot make a giveaway for it, only for the base game or the individual DLCs, but you can only deliver a single key nonetheless.

Windward is an excellent game and I have been looking for Ziggarut as well. I may end up buying several copies of T1 so I can play windward with my kids. Most of my kids love all things pirate, so I think this will be right up their alley. I won a copy hear on SG a while back and have enjoyed it.

Tier 1 for me, right now. Already own Beholder on steam and Kentucky Route Zero from the Twitch Prime giveaway. Owlboy would be great, though. But I'll wait for next week, to decide if I wanna get a higher Tier :)

Quite a nice bundle for sure!! :o Well worth it if you are missing some games, especially if all, hot damn!
The only minuses are that Goaty is a single key, and that the monthlies are already bundled and in tier 1 even.
I'll stay with tier 1 for now since I'm missing 1 game from it! And as of now only missing two DLC's from Goat Simulator (The soundtrack and Waste of Space), and it would definitely be a waste to use the Goaty key for that only. Owlboy is quuite tempting, but it really depends on the unlocks next week. If they are worth it, I might buy BTA or tier 3. Money is a bit tight lately, so we'll see how much it will tempt me. :)

Everything in this bundle was interesting to me (especially SWH and Owlboy, long time wishlisted games !) so I got the entire thing.
And I created my first giveaway with Kentucky Route Zero, yay !
Now, stupid newbie question time : if I create a giveaway of Goat Simulator alone and the winner redeems a GOATY key, will it count as an unactivated win here on SG ? Or do I have to create separate giveaways for each DLC?

No, GOATY key includes the base game which gets checked against.
I.e. making GA for the base game is totally fine.

So long as the winner is given a working copy of the featured giveaway and has it activated on their account, all is fine. If you wish to provide more than was promised, you can but it is not expected. You cannot just provide less (i.e. make a gib for GOTY/Deluxe and only provide base).
In this case, the goty is counted as base + dlc so they will have the game on their account. The only time this is an issue is if they are separated by steam db entries as cbones noted. Can't think of anything off the top of my head where this is the case though.

not particularly excited about owlboy but went all in anyway. the humble indie bundles are usually the kind of games i'll end up liking even if i don't expect to. beholder was on my wishlist but sadly steamworld heist, kentucky route zero, and goat sim are repeats for me (from humble monthly?) -- good thing humble lets me slide most of it to charity!

So I'm confused with goat sim. If there's a store page/item for the bundle why can't we create a giveaway for the whole thing? Is the bundle (theoretically) going to be added to sg at some point or was there a change in how packages work on either Steam or sg that I missed the memo on?

It's a bundle not a package, so I don't really now .. :/
For example this is a package (sub) http://store.steampowered.com/sub/82345/ and you can give games (app), so it really sucks there's only 1 key, I've the base version, and it's kinda of a waste, I wish i could give away the base and keep the dlc or something..

Bought the BTA; had a few already so now I can give away a few great games. :)
The payment part of the site changed for me; now it showed three white boxes to select Tier 1, BTA, Tier 3 and it automatically updated to the current BTA price, even though the tab was hours old and the BTA a lot lower. This was on Firefox for Android but since it updated the BTA I bought it on pc and saw the same three boxes.
