I created a giveaway once. I contacted a winner and sent him the game. He has this game, he had played it, but never marked this gift as received though he claims he did. Why there's no automatic system to mark it as received? If Steamgifts synchronizes his account then it should be done for him. Will it scar my reputation if I sent a gift that "has never been received"?
