wingamestore.com Opinion/Experience wanted

Just as the title says; the site is having some sales on games that I want, but I have never heard of it.
Unfortunately, search came up only with 3 previous discussions.
I would like to know if someone used the site and if it is 'safe' enough [their ToS not very encouraging].

EDIT: For future pundits, stay clear of WinGameStore/MacGameStore.
They charge for game keys they don't have and make you wait and wait and...

I've bought Steam keys from there twtice if you include macgamestore -- which is basically the same thing but Mac-oriented.
Paid via PayPal, got my key immediately, no issues.

I've bought games from them (just make sure that they are Steam keys) and they worked out fine. I even gave some of them away here on SG. No one seemed to have any sort of problem.

I've bought one of their bundles, no problem. :)

EDIT: It was from macgamestore, but same thing...
