Anyone know if this has any region locks, asides from Lego Worlds? I'm in Mexico and Humble loves giving me locked keys I can't give away.

Humble says that all other keys can be activated anywhere. I'm in Russia and we get locked keys about as often as you do.

Haven't bought bundles in a while but I got this one. Does anyone know if they release extra keys for other games a week after the first batch? Or is that not a thing anymore?

They announce on the page that there will be extra content when they do that, but they haven't done it in quite a while. Jingle Jam 2019 is the last I remember, and that wasn't even like old-school Humble like you're thinking, but more a-reveal-a-day advent calendar style.
