I wonder why so much less people are voting for this contest compared to the drawing one. If it's just because it requires more time to actually value all the entries here or because it has less visibility being in the events section rather than in "general" or if it's because people just prefer drawings to music or because there's no free GA here.

Nice question, I don't think it is the less visibility since it is still visible in ''all'' section. Maybe you are right about timewise, some people probably didn't wanna spend 15-30 min here, while looking at pics for couple mins is easier :)

Sometimes I wonder if it's just from a large dislike of karaoke. I wouldn't think it'd be as common as it is but a huge handful of people I've ever talked to about music dislike hearing people singing or just listening to any music with lyrics.
Obviously, that itself shouldn't make a massive difference between people seeing this thread and another artistic one but that has to be at least one factor.
That'd be cool to put up a new thread to measure that out...
