They aren't all repeated. There will be some, but CCs are not even done on Encore Day.
The last three major sales (Summer '13, Winter '13, Summer '14) have shown there will be a TON of repeats in both CC choices and Flash, but theres always a few that don't get repeated.
To be safe, always always buy it if it hits flash or CC if its in your price target. It may be repeated, but its no guarantee. Dailies are a lot safer "miss" b/c those are more likely to be repeated, but even there not everything will be.

Yeah, I remember the store page says something like that. However all I remember is that the repeated deals were the one I saw as Dialy Deals. Don't pay much attention to CC and flash. I usually just vote CC, see new popular deal and close my browser

Steam usually has am Encore Day at the end of a big sale. I know dialy deals are usually repeated, but appart from it, do you know if community choice and flash sale will be repeated as well?
