I can't say much about steam inventory helper as i don't use it, but there is a setting for enhanced steam allowing you to customize the quick sale button.
Options > Community > Inventory > Show Quick salebutton ...
You can set the amount of money subtracted from the current lowest price. Default is -0.01, setting it to 0.00 sells for the same price as the current lowest.
Maybe this helps

I've been using steam inventory helper and enhanced steam for long time but I've never managed to find a way to use them for listing multiple items on the market with one click at their current price. I have hundreds of cards I want to put on the market but I have to do it manually. The only option I see is listing them one by one and 1 cent less than their current price. This is tiring since I have to manually remove and add hundreds of cards from the market each month. Has anyone found any solution to this kind of problem? At least the steam app has option to mark everything in the confirmation window..
