Can I giveaway games from Origin?

This is not a key from the Origin Humble Bundle, yet,I should ask.

Can I giveaway a origin key without consequences, or I shouldn't because this is only for steam?

Giveaways must be for Steam games. You can give Origin key in forums.

no but yet, I saw giveaways that says "This is a key for Origin" Thats why I wondered.

Are you sure they weren't saying it was from the humble origin bundle? If they actually were origin keys they might need to be reported.
