most (if not all) games in Ukrainian Indie Games Bundle and Ukrainian Indie Games Bundle #2 are from ukrainian developers based on the bundle description (and some of their latest news in their game's store page).
i just crosschecked the list and you missed Titan Chaser and FoxTail. Titan Chaser's dev seems to have other games in Steam too.

Sand Story was in the bundle too, but i don't know whether they are located in ukraine or not.

also, Lossless Scaling's news seems to state that they are from Ukraine.
some of Celestial Command's team are from Ukraine, although i'm not sure if it fits the thread.

I know of a game called Ostriv that doesn't seem to have been mentioned yet. The same dev also recently managed to release Tile Cities.

I think Lion's Shade, the developer of Cliff Empire and a few other indies is also from Ukraine.

Deep Shadows could be considered shovelware company but I personally love how ambitious, bizzare and buggy their games are (were).
