[Q]How to reroll a giveaway?

Hello, recently i was raffling some http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/TpbMp/fallout-new-vegas-couriers-stash , but it seems like russian version of dlc are specific only for some regions, so winner of this giveaway couldn't activated it and traded it back.
So im asking for some advice about this situation.

My ticket is only one day old, but I hate situations like that, so I'd like to solve it as soon as possible... Anyway, thank you for your answer. Do you know are there any consequences for not giving a gift to the winner after one week?

If winner is nasty, he/she can mark the gift as not received. You will get rid of it once the re-roll is done.

I don't think he/she can mark it. Frankly, they look kinda like bots or sth, lol. Anyway, thank you for explaining. I hope I'll be able to send gifts soon =)

I made a ticket a month ago and a got a response within a day...

At the moment it's gonna take longer but i understand, asked for a reroll 2 days ago, still waiting but whatever. Even if the winner gives me negative feedback, like i care. Will get fixed eventually.

Hm, I don't know why, but it sounds really weird. Maybe you should talk to mods first, before making a giveaway? Then you could put your own rules... Or I don't know, steamgifts isn't perfect, neither mods are. We're all humans after all.

But thats group for all from country. I know, i did a stupid thing, but im first from this group who had to give game someone not from country. Oh, and i told with big letters in desc: KEYS IS RESTRICTED FOR POLAND! and one guy quarreled with me, that supposedly changed description after he joined...
I do not understand such people, to what we are going to get a stupid game...

Should not apply if it's a group/private giveaway only accessible by people from the specific region. So that ban seems like a screw-up by the mods. Oh, well, I guess that's what happens when the support staff is overworked.

It's best not to give away region restricted stuffs here. You never know who will win.

I've been a victim of this once(The EMPIRE TW giveaway I won) and went through all kinds of shit to get the game removed.
