Buon salve a tutti!
Last time I asked you to suggest games similar to those that I play, I'm really thankfull :)
Today I'm going to ask you if you know any games with the Medieval environment and Crusades things.
(And I don't mean management games like age of empires)
If you don't know what the hell I'm saying, just give a look to this game (And play it if you didn't ;)) The First Templar

To those that ask: "Yo, search games on Steam with the tags you like" here's my answer:
I'm asking directly to gamers if they know any game i would like to play.If I would not ask for the games I would not have discovered some masterpieces. It's a nice and funny way to share games!

There you are ;)

Thief (1+2+3) - if we forget the crusaders.
Assasin's Creed.
Witcher, Dragon's Dogma for a fantasy - medieval settings (still no crusaders though).

Mount and Blade: Warband should be all you need. Well, maybe the Viking Conquest DLC too.

There's also stuff like Gloria Victis and Life is Feudal, The cursed Crusade and Chivalry. For Honor is coming out in a couple weeks, check that.

Now, if you want to include Fantasy in the mix, that's a whole other world.

Oh yeah, and the original Assassin's Creed.

  • The first Assassin's Creed is set around the Crusades (I see you have it).
  • The Witcher series are medieval fantasy, and really good.
  • Shadwen if you're into stealth.
  • Game of Thrones rpg is medieval, but leans towards fantasy.
  • Ryse: Son of Rome (haven't played it, heard/read mixed things)

Actually, I like a diversity of setting - as long as they are consistent and add atmosphere:

Space: Tharsis (well, the cannibal somewhat sets it off, but still ...)
Historical (well, sort of): Darkest Dungeon
Fantasy: Epistory

Assassins creed 1, i liked it a lot.
Mount & blade: Warband, this is a medieval open world rpg.
Chivalry if you want something more multiplayer oriented.
The Witcher 2, you may want to skip the 1 (hud and play style is confusing as hell even in enhanced edition).
The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion have a very nice medieval atmosphere.

and that's it, the rest of the games you will find are survival crap with a medieval setting.

I know you are intimidated by management, but Crusader Kings II is pretty much the greatest game of all time.
