Do not believe in such thing as Devil, nor do i believe in having a soul. Dont't hate now....it's just my opinion.

To be honest, Satan would always tries to cheat his way out of the deal.
Let's say you did trade your soul out and he asked you what kind of wish you want (Yeah, that totally doesn't sound like QB at all).
If you picked power, he would say "you never specified which type" and will use that as an excuse. If you picked love, he'll find a loop-hole to give you something worse than loneliness.
At the end of the day, the thing you think you want will never be given to you, because fair trade doesn't work with evil, because he will betray you many many times and he got the guts to admit it right from the start. But let's pretend he had no intention to cheat his way out and made a fair trade with you, (again, he has no need to do this because he can do whatever he wants, and this is the easier way out) whatever that he has given you will be nullified in the end when you die, so let's say you got one billion $$$, this one billion wouldn't mean a thing if you die tomorrow. He'll be more than happy to give you the illusion of happiness for a short limited time and then have you follow him down to the darkness for an eternity.

Let's just say that even if the option is there, it will never make any real impact :D
