Hmm, I'll consider it, depending who else applies. You are active and generous, but your EW still isn't all that bad yet.

It doesn't necessarily work that way. I've given away games I would have like to have for my own. It's just a matter of which I want more at the moment. (In my case, I knew I wasn't going to get to the game any time soon, so it was better to give it away than keep it for myself.)

You can decide later on that you want a game after all.

Hell no, as you have a EW which shows you are unlikely to have one anything, and have no gifting done at all. You aren't unlucky yet, unlike the people I've been wanting for the giveaway.
