A giveaway of mine ended a week ago, the winner viewed the key but hadn't activated it (at least not in their llinked account). I added them on Steam and sent email but they don't respond. This is the first time this had happened to me so I'm not sure how to proceed, just send a ticket for reroll? What if the winner used the key somewhere else?

Show printscreen of you contacting them and that the winner viewed the key. Ask for received feedback in support.

Thank you, I was wondering about choosing between asking for received feedback and asking for a reroll. Is reroll only for if they haven't viewed the key?

I would ask for received first and see what support says. Winner have viewed the key and is ignoring you so maybe you will be lucky.
If they deny and you ask for reroll and the key is used. The new winner will probably have to agree if you want to delete the GA.

That sounds sensible, I'll try doing that.

I'm just afraid that they may have used the key somewhere else so reroll may be risky, there's no way to check if a key is used aside from activating it after all.

If they uncover and view the key it does mean something. You don't request to reroll or delete the GA in this situation. The GA creator needs to contact support.

there's no rule about viewing key,

i had two tickets with "what to do when winner viewed key" - one ended with reroll, another with giveaway deletion

So if you request a reroll or delete the GA and make a new GA and the key then shows up as a duplicate because the person who originally uncovered the key used, traded or sold the key then what do you do? You need to buy a new game? Do you try to delete the GA? What if they winner says no they want the game? This just makes a huge mess and possibly more issues for more people.

Keys have a cover over them now on SG. If a winner takes the time to uncover the key and doesn't activate it or respond after trying to contact them for awhile.. there's a pretty good chance the key is gone.

If you can get games from tremorgames, rebuying isn't that hard, if not whatever comes out of it is your own choice.

I had one rerolled, mod say it was on my own risk, and i said it was fine, the key was still fine.

I know not everyone that views the keys uses them, I just would hate to see the GA creator get bent. If you can get games off of that site or from a very cheap bundle it's not a huge deal although still crappy someone would do that to a person. Hopefully whatever the GA creator decides it turns out good.
