All games up for vote go on sale at those discounts later in flash sales or dailies anyway. Your only real choice is which ones go on sale sooner. All other choice is an illusion.

Games that didn't get chosen this time might very well still go on daily / flash sale or even community choice again later on in the sale. Usually there are a few repeats during the sale.

1. No. Lets say Pac Man was a community choice vote at 50% off and it lost community choice. If it does show up again, it will not have a lower discount. Steam doesn't set the discounts, the developers do and they set a few price points, they set a regular sale price point, and then if they are open to their game hitting a daily, flash or community, they set one there. I believe they can also decide which of those the game can hit b/c they're all time restrictive sale prices. So if the game (win or lose the vote) shows it will have 50% as a community choice, it wont go any lower. It could show up again though.

2. I dont remember what I voted for this past round. However, I already own MK and SF4 Arcade. I wasn't interested in anything being voted for, so just picked one to get the vote tallied.

SF4 Arcade brings me a crappy memory from last year. I bought a lot of games last summer and it was a great sale for me, but one game I really wanted was SF4 Arcade. It finally showed up as a Community Choice vote at exactly the price I wanted to pay. It lost the vote and NEVER showed up again the entire sale.

I think Banished is the one that pushed this flash sale. It's now #5 on the top sellers.

I would have liked to be able to buy Thomas Was Alone for two bucks. Hope that comes back up for voting.

Got super street fight 4 for free on xbox and mortal kombat kollection was also bundled. But I voted the other way as I simply don't like fighting games.

I was also hoping to grab SF and was pretty sure that I can do that, but... :(

Am I the only one who wanted KoF 13?

People ofc prefers a stupid -90% game (such as E.Y.E. which is ALWAYS -90% when discounted in a sale) instead of seeing the bridge hit -85% off or stick it to the man reach -80%,both for the first time.

I was pretty sad when the fighter games lost the community choice.

Was hoping for Teslagrad -75% but community choice disappointed me, mastertesla...

Usually these games make it in to the sale one way or another. Keep an eye on the flash sales.

Is there any change for Skyrim Legendary Edition, to get a Higher discount than 66% later on the sale?

Sometimes they get a flash/daily deal, but other times they don't go on sale again. It's difficult to tell.
