Steam news

When you press "home" (library) on your steam client, several shelves appear(like "Play Next" and "Recent Games").
Until a few days ago, I had one with news pertaining to games I own. I found out Terraria had a new update through it.

Does anyone know how to add that news shelf again?

It's still there, it just doesn't appear if you don't have any relevant news items.

That does make sense. I assumed it would continue showing older news.
