some games is not available when i try to crreate giveaway

  3. The Culling Of The Cows

any idea how?

The games were given out free in large numbers in the past.

If you just bought them on Steam to give away, best to check if you can refund that title.

Last years Golden Joystick awards together with Pirates and Mystery game.
But it was a mess. Most people didn't actually get it for free but paid 1$ for the pack. Some managed to get it for free after they relaunched that promotion but the free version only lasted for an hour.
