Not always true, saw many topics like this about Greenmangaming, but they are legit.

Do not even think about getting that.
There are legit cdkey websites out there but they are not officially accepted by Valve so if you already have many games on your Steam it isn't worth the risk as they do have the right to ban you if they find out.
Another thing, the one you linked to is a Russian CD key. This means you either have to activate it with a VPN (bannable offense) or they have to activate it for you and I wouldn't give my details out to some random website.

You have to give them your Steam login and password? There is no way I would trust them.

After buying The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim key SEND US YOUR Steam login and pass, and WE activate The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim game for YOU.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim can activate only from russian IP adresses, but we can help you activate the The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim cd key on your Steam account
Absolutely not! :D

Yes, and in addition you need to have Russian vpn in order to play it.

Its €32 retail here. Then you get a CD box send to your house. And €30 is much, it still needs russian VPN. If it was like €20, then maybe. But now no.

You shouldn't buy Skyrim off a key site anyway because the keys are region locked apparently and you won't be able to play it even if you activate it with VPN. Unless that offline mode thing works but then you might as well just steal it seeing as thats pretty much like paying for a cracked game.

I have proof as well: http://www.flickr.com/photos/68437546@N02/6344900606/ though.

Activating a game through a VPN is dangerous. Activating a russian Cd-key while you don't live in Russia is even more dangerous.
Now, giving your account info to random shady people who are likely to scam you is mental.
You did all three. Don't be surprised if the game just disappears from your account.

The game you've bought didn't require any special treatment such as handing over your Account Details for them to activate the game for you, whilst other items sold there do require that procedure. Your final statement of "It's legit" because you've purchased one single game and activated the key they handed over is insufficient in order to jump into any other conclusions.
Wether or not the website is legit, buying from there is still a risky maneuver which could compromise your account in most cases.
Not like if it matters as of now, anyways. It has been removed.

Let me say something: This is a Russian VPN game. On the site they never force you to give your account details away, there's always a VPN alternative. Some games don't even require VPN activation. There are a lot of people who activate VPN games without consequences. You can't call the site "not legit" because you don't have any proof. I have some proof so my statement was a valid one.

Proof of what? That you've bought one game that didn't require VPN activation, even though I'm saying that games being sold there that do require such an activation are risky to obtain this way?
Reselling Cheap Russian hard copies by sending the Cd-key to the costumer is a stupid thing to do because Keys get revoked all the bloody time. And from what I've got from all this mess is what that website did was exactly that. They sold russian copies and had Users send their account info so they could fix their messy system and achieve profit.
And I said VPNs are risky. While some people using them so they can bypass Steam Release Dates and Region Blocks it's not a recommended thing to do. While you may have bought one single copy it's still not a guarantee that other titles they sell there work flawlessly. If you were like a regular costumer of that website and bought many games from there without any issues I wouldn't try and talk about how you should handle your business and purchases.
Again, your statement is not completely valid and you shouldn't go around giving recommendations unless you know exactly what you're talking about.
