I envy the people that can fall asleep within minutes (or sometimes seconds) after their head hits the pillow.
Even if I'm crazy tired and can barely keep my eyes open, I will still be lying in bed for AT LEAST an hour before my body decides to finally sleep.
I'd say I get about a solid 2 hours of sleep a night, maybe 3, but no more than 4.
I miss those days in high school where I would sleep for 10 hours on the weekends. :(

Normally around 12 hours, the warmer (and colder) it is, the longer I sleep. Apart from that I might take a nap or two for around an hour during daytime, if I feel like it and have the time for it, while also being too bored
..Now that I think about it, I might sleep too much xD

I aim for ten hours of sleep every night, usually get about nine. After chatting with some folks, it appears I may be something of an outlier.
