6h is my optimal sleep time - if I sleep less - I'm sleepy for whole day, If I sleep longer - I'm tired for the whole day xD

10 hours sounds like too much, have you checked it out with your doctor? Could be some special condition.
I usually try to get 8 hours of sleep, but always fall short. Mainly due taking atleast hour to catch sleep after laying down. Sleeping is hard, and personally don't enjoy it. Although I usually remember my dreams.

I hate sleeping so I'd say around 6 hours but only because I have to. :/

Sleeping for 8 hours lately but that's because i'm unemployed at the moment so i can do that. While on a job it's more like 7. Never been mister sleepy panda boy but not getting at least 7 hours really shows on me.
Ah and i get like 6 on weekends because....well because fuck me i guess:D i just wake up for no reason.

I aim for 7-8 hours. I actually can't get more than that unless I'm really exhausted; I'll just be wide awake when I've had enough.
I can get by with 6-7, but then I won't be at maximum focus during the day. Less than that, and more severe side effects start showing up...

I aim for ten hours of sleep every night, usually get about nine. After chatting with some folks, it appears I may be something of an outlier.
