Missing Base Game

Dear SteamGifts,

I am just wondering.. I just tried to enter a giveaway for Dragonage Origins: Awaking Expansion pack and it says I am Missing the base game. Both the game is in my library and in my sync-ed steamgifts games.. So, Why is it I can't join? and, why am I getting the missing base game?

The Ultimate Edition already include the Awakening expansion.
