I think its my luck cus at 0:23 you can see a sentry just about to be built so if i was a few seconds late then i will be blown into bits. So luck or skills?

It looked like you knew the map, knew common sentry placements and knew where the intel was dropped. You had the right class to do the job and your escape route was luckily clear.

I've dumped a thousands hours into TF2 and it looked like experience and luck.
