Death Crown has been -80% six times, but yesterday they increased the price in most currencies, following valve's misguided price suggestions formulated when the dollar was super expensive.

I guess they didn't expect that bundle sells so well and they increased the value.

Yup, it is. It works the same as in the past, nothing changed in that regard as far as I know. You buy one bundle during the first 24h after launch to be eligible for multiple copies during Happy Hour. During Happy Hour the price goes up steeply but that's because you get the extra free gifts.
Some specific publishers (HH-Games for example) don't allow Happy Hour purchases on their bundles. I'm not entirely sure if this one will have a Happy Hour, since it's of noticeably higher quality than the regular IndieGala bundles.

i agree. it is an original 1bit strategic and it the only that really worth imho in this bundle
