Clicked the verification link today (after 20 hours passed) and this time it worked. (No "Oooops you haven't voted" message)

Heads up if you did all the stuff you needed to do, and were waiting for the 24 hours thing (meaning you hit your confirmed and all yesterday) goto your e-mail and re-hit the confirmation e-mail you had got that gave you the 24 hour message and you will get e-mailed the key. I did all the stuff yesterday and the key was still not sent so went to the confirm e-mail hit it again then boom got the message of thanks and that my key is otw.

Ok finished voting at 20:30 (yesterday), got my key today at 15:10 thanks! :) Time to play Civ 5
