Help with making my first train. Asking for restricted giveaway.

You can use the "buy as gift" option and then you can select "store gift in inventory for later use" and you're done. :3

Just a little note , after your giveaways are over , you can either email the gift to the winner or add him on steam and send it to him directly trough there .

I suggest the later option since some people have messed up their emails and its much safer to send it via steam :)

Yes, buy as gifts, and store them in your inventory. You can then send them either to your friends on Steam, or by using their email (which is provided when a giveaway ends).

If you're buying games through Steam, you can buy them as a gift. When you make the giveaway, instead of putting a key, indicate that the game will be sent through Steam.

Apparently since I'm from Argentina only those who are from South America will be able to activate the gifts. What a bummer...
