No you can't find it anywhere. I looked all over the website and the mobile app. But, I did spend most of my credit by just remembering how much I'd used until I used about $9 and figured I was good. I haven't tried it with in-app purchases yet though. On your receipts it will say "Promo" with the amount of the app discounted.

If you have more than one type of account credit it shows you the combined amount and does not list them in an itemized manner though.

I did everything right, and haven't received a mail about the 10$ credit.

Yes, I downloaded it the first time and from US.
Maybe it doesn't work for Prime users?

I am no prime user, did not got the mail either but received the free credit. Check in your amazon account just in case (Also , I am from Peru , so , not available in my country either)

I managed to turn the $10 AppStore credit into a $10 Amazon.com credit and I bought a Fallout 4 physical copy for $11.57.
I sent it to my brother and he sent me the Steam key.
I think it was a good deal.

How did you "turn" it? Asked customer service for an exception or something? It won't apply to carts with digital or physical PC games for me.

This is the text of the e-mail: "Your $10 Amazon Appstore credit has been added to your account and will expire in 30 days. This credit is usable towards your next purchase of an app, game, or in-app purchase sold by Amazon.com"
Since they said "sold by Amazon.com" and not "sold by Amazon AppStore", I asked the support that I wanted to use the $10 credit on the site, not the AppStore.

Well it says "Amazon Appstore credit", which means credit specifically for the Appstore. Kudos to you for making it work though.

Isn't your brother going to be pissed? My understanding of the physical copy is that it needs the steam code to activate. There is no fallout 4 without steam. Right? So your brother gets nothing but a disc for his shelf. You get the game

Right, but I sent to his house because he lives in the US and I don't. The physical copy was cheaper than the digital one.
So all he needed to do was send me a picture of the code =)
Also, he doesn't play games.

F U Amazon. Lost Within is amazing and it plays really well on my Z3 Compact. The sad thing is that I can't own it legally, because it's for Fire Phones and tablets "only"
