Paypal problem

Hi,

A long time ago a guy a guy made ​​me chargeback .. paypal has limited my account and my money were put on hold. I had to wait between 30 and 180 days.
Yesterday had passed 180 days but my account is still limited for this reason:

September 26, 2013: We need a little bit more information about Some money you recently received or withdrew.

The problem is: Paypal told me that I could withdraw the money, but when i tried to withdraw the money on the card doesn't work. How can I withdraw my money?

P.S: Oh yes, sorry for my bad english xD.

Call paypal on the phone, they may ask you to send some paperwork or if you are lucky they will "fix" your account right away.

It's basically the only option you have. Their email support is horrible so don't even bother.

dont they have support in your language ? and your english isnt that bad at least i can understand you :P but you could also try asking a friend or so who can speak better english then you

Maybe you coupld find someone that you could use as a go between, if you're wording something wrong, get them to translate to what you're trying to say to paypal.

what does mean "us account" ? is just an account on paypal, like others accounts. Actually yes..

Who said he made 'US account'? He is trying to withdraw money to his card not to any bank account.
