Imho, yes. It has great plot and gameplay variety. As for graphics, it's good even now (again, imho). Plus you can search for graphics mods, but I can't recommend any because I didn't use them.

Still is considered one and probably always will be. Don't get overhyped, though. That made the game seem awful to me, compared to my expectations...
