Try clearing cookies? Or just restart your iPad. Safari sometimes bugs out.

Buttons on the privacy popup stopped working yesterday(?) on my 9-year old iPad (10.3.3). I think I saw the popup working around a week ago, but now it appeared again, and the buttons ("Agree", "More options") are not responding. The "partners" link in the text sometimes opens the detailed dialog, but that can't be closed either (toggles, lists work, but "Save and Exit" is unresponsive again).
