GroupBundl.es seems to be doing it and it's a very nice platform for group buys. The only drawback is that you might have to add Paypal fees because the usual host (Alexandra) is in the US. On the other side, you are not limited to Paypal to send the payments, you can use gems which might be easier for some people and would avoid the Paypal fees.
