Sounds to me as the rule "One of the primary aspects of your group needs to be SteamGifts or gifting using our platform" is not satisfied.

I don't know if it qualifies to break the rule, but I think it's just baiting SG users into joining the group in the hope that some will accidentally follow it's curator page, which reviews all games with "bro wtf is this game" (so not even trying to review).

Making giveaways only at certain milestones means that the purpose of your group isn't to make giveaways but to basically gather users for a different service. If you wanted to make a group with 100k followers making a giveaway at every 1k new followers(generous), all you'd need is 100 giveaways right?
