More often than not, the region restrictions hinted at in reseller stores do not accurately reflect reality. But there's always a little risk, that there are new subs with new/different restrictions not yet indexed on SteamDB. Other than that, if you're from RU/CIS, you might end up getting this sub. Japan gets their own store sub restricted to JP only. Everyone else should get the store sub not available in JP and VN.

Thanks! Should be the JP and VN one then since I'm fro Mexico, but it now seems it can't be purchased, I get the following message: "We apologize for the inconvenience, some products have been removed from your cart because they are no longer available for purchase"

I'm thinking of grabbing ZONE OF THE ENDERS THE 2nd RUNNER from indiegala to make a giveaway here. From what I see in steamdb the only region lock for it are for Japan and Vietnam but on the store page it says the following:
From m understanding it should still work but just want to confirm so I don't end up wasting the key. So if anyone has a better understanding I would appreciate the help.
