Duplicate Product Code / Not Receiving Key

it happens from time to time to anyone. Heck I just ended up finding out I gave away duplicate key yesterday. So I just bought a new copy for a winner. Don't get angry and rage from a start - contact GA creator and calmly explain the issue. He is more likely to find a solution if you do so in a calm manner than if you rage on him. If he refuses - just mark as not received and move on. Bad luck, but it's not like you lost anything. You simply didn't gain anything either, so ended up just where you were.

dude you are lucky.. you have won so many giveaways in first two months of joining up..that too with all the giveaways with 350+ entries..
it might get frustrating to get used key but I'm sure g/a creator would rectify the mistake once you notify them abt this

but with less points and less time, so yeah, wasted time & energy and didn't paid up. Mark it accordanlty and move on.
It would be nice to be able to do something, but oh well, you just have to suck it up if a giveaway you want is created and you're missing these points you wasted on a fake one. Sweet! GG.

How do i contact the GA creator without adding him on Steam? I've tried contact one guy on Steam and when i wrote to him that he gave me a duplicated key he just said "You are too slow" and ignored me.
Yea i won some games but the games i really want and look forward to try out, those are the games i dont receive and that gets me frustrated.
