I own, beat splatter twice. its a cutesy arcadey top down shooter, with a funky story to boot.
reason why i beat it twice, the upgrades, weapons etc you earn through campaign, is what you use to survive in the other game modes, so to fully upgrade everything i played the game twice. as everything you find in game is set in stone, ammo, money etc are in fixed locations, only so much per level.
after i spent the time playing the arcadey hold out \ waves \ high score mode. i tired of it.
top downs aint the best of games for me unless its RTS ish.
