When you enter mad moxxia area it asks for key.

You already have the GOTY edition, why activate a dlc ?

Teleport to the areas and the game will ask for the key.

I think it asks for it when you go to the area for that DLC. For me, the window for the DRM activation popped up outside the game. Try Alt-Tab and see if the window is there.

I don't remember if BL has any sort of windowed or fullscreen windowed mode, but I also had issues activating the keys on Vista x64 Home Premium. Game simply didn't like the focus switch, and iirc I eventually just forced it to show desktop, got the key in, got it to take it, and accepted the crash. Reloaded and everything was set. YMMV but it's worth a shot, if you don't mind eating the crash/having to three finger salute after it takes the code, and if you can't get any sort of windowing to cooperate.

Always wanted to do that.

Why set it to XP?
