I imagine it'll go to 75% at most, which would bring it down to $10, then another $7.50 off with the coupon making it $2.50.

Assuming this wasn't a glitch and they keep allowing people to purchase it along with the coupon, you're only going to be saving .90 cents while possibly missing out on $10 in savings.

pff nobody know if it's not a mistake by valve. Maybe they want the coupons not to work together with summer sale discount.
Just an assumption. That's why I bought it early may they will change it...

I did, but I changed both my country both on Raptr and Steam. Though I guess it might be IP based.
