So if you win and don't receive the game you're just worried about the points? I'd be pretty bumbed if I win a fake giveaway, I don't give a flipping pancake about the points.

No, a lot of times they're just new users and/or don't understand English well.

So many of them thought Creating A Giveaway = Asking/Requesting For A Gift. So I doubt they get suspended rightaway for just not understanding Steamgifts, especially given how this site instructions and Q/A section are still not very accessible to new users at the moment.

If it turns out that they purposely create fake giveaways to troll other users, then I'm guessing they will be suspended temporarily. Repeatedly doing that probably will get them banned.

Also, points regenerate all the time so it's not a big deal losing some or not.
